JCS Building Group was employed to do a roof restoration on this clients house. Roof tiles were stripped and new battens were laid. this job made for some hard work by JCS but we overcame any difficulties and gave the client a new roof with lined and insulated verandahs and a new Velux openable skylight to allow more light into the kitchen. Note the flashing where the verandah meets the main roof. we guarantee you roof wont leak. Its our promise.
